Top 10 Tuesday: Books on My Spring 2022 TBR

Welcome to Top 10 Tuesday! This is a weekly challenge hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl, and this week’s challenge is about books on my Spring 2022 TBR!

I always have so much fun doing these TBR lists, but I almost never stick to them! But that’s okay. And maybe this time I’ll have more luck, since I’ve been trying to “theme” my reading lately based on monthly celebrations (such as Black History Month and Women’s History Month). Therefore, I’m going to base my TBR off of books I want to read for Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month (in May) and Pride Month (in June). Obviously June is when spring transitions into summer, so I may not get through all of these before springtime is over, but oh well! There are so many great books I want to read, so hopefully making this list will motivate me to actually stick to my TBR for once! The way I will approach these themed months is by choosing authors who are a part of the designated community, and who write characters who are as well. Without further ado, here are the top ten books on my Spring 2022 TBR (in no particular order)!

It was so hard to narrow this list down to ten! I tried to focus it slightly more on AAPI Heritage Month since technically part of Pride Month will occur during summer (and this is a spring TBR), but there were so many books I had to leave off of this list! This is also only comprised of books I physically own, but I have several audiobooks I’ll be reading during these months as well.
